With over 25 years of experience in construction and development, I have successfully built and managed over 2,000,000 square feet of senior living, multifamily, and retail space. As President of Lemmon Development since 2013, I have been responsible for spearheading the entire development process, from site selection and plan development to construction management. Deep industry knowledge and strategic vision have significantly expanded Lemmon Development's portfolio. Expertise in guiding projects from concept to completion is complemented by the ability to collaborate effectively with municipalities, lenders, owners, and contractors. Prior to my current role, I served as a Project Manager for a national retailer, overseeing multiple construction projects nationwide. Comprehensive experience and leadership ensure the successful delivery of high-quality development projects.
