At CooperVision, I have led teams on multiple shifts, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical thinking. Provided the team with consistency and guidance. Personal growth became a priority when I was involved with the training department as one of its facility trainers. The time spent with the L&D Department has allowed me to expand my knowledge of human relations/development and its effects on a professional environment. My ability to recognize and implement process changes was due in part to the training I received such as the Train the Trainer program and other iterations of that line of training programs used by Coopervision. My ability to drive results and mentor effectively was a direct result from the investment the company made to it's training initiatives. I look forward to continue my journey with the company and accept the challenges ahead with promise and vigor.
