• Led start up manufacturing facility to growth of 35 staff in 2 facilities through 2 company acquisitions and 1 merger.
• Designed and built machinery for company production lines, including design for half and "c" folding nonwoven web material, large wheel rewinding / slitting system for producing nonwoven flat cleanroom wipes, and pneumatic clamp cutting system for folded nonwoven cleanroom wipes.
• Designed and built a controlled environment 20,000 s/f production facility, with ISO 5 level cleanrooms, and an off site 50,000 s/f distribution center with expanded production operation. This included rehab of formerly long vacant building, applying new roof, re-siding building, commercial electrical work with multiple voltages, sub panels to work areas, installation of compressors and air lines, steel framing +cleanroom design and assembly.
• Conceptualized and established multiple value streams and work flows, trained employees and established SOP's
• Established operational excellence by continuous improvement, lean thinking, reduced lead times, employee development and low turn over.
• Co-founder, co-leader of company Safety Committee & First Responder program and conduct monthly training and refresher classes on CPR, AED use and treatment of injuries and traumas. I am CPR certified, have previously held an EMT certification and was Combat Medic trained with USAR.
