26 Years of experiences from Procter and Gamble has built skills that helped with coaching competitive club with teenagers. Coaching softball, soccer was very enjoyable. This was best memories of my life. I have 6 daughters and a son, this also helped me be successful coach. The first year of being head coach the team won 1 game. The next year with 90% of the same players we was over 500. I accomplished this by working closely with all coaches and having a clear direction of what the team goals and expectations were. Team building having girls stay positive to each other and very supportive to every girl on the team.

I currently do not have the certifies required to coach at this level but very willing to get this down before season starts. Have not done this because I want to coach but was looking close and with experience level understand that I could get passed up with someone who has done some level of coaching at this level. I'm wanting to do this because loved to coach not for the money, you will get dedicated and passionate coach that won't spend the money to be certified to only coach for 1 year. Will be doing this to be a long term part of the team and helping in anyway for the success of the school and the players.
