As a District Manager for Installation I was responsible for growing a new business venture for the company. The portfolio for this unit began at 1.5 million and within this unit I managed 10 General Managers, 10 Store managers and 20 Customer Service Reps. My objective in this position was to train and grow each store to 500k making this unit a 5 million dollar portfolio. In the 4th quarter under my leadership this district grew $786k. Other responsibilities included recruiting, training, coaching, development and customer relations.
