As co-owner of our construction company, I have many duties for which I was responsible..
In-office: I do the bidding of jobs, receivables, payables, and any miscellaneous documents that needed processing.
On-job site: I was responsible for the inventory on each project. From the unloading at the start to the installed/completed of the materials to the end where the unused items are returned.
I am responsible for proper installation of materials.
I coordinate each work day that is a normal day or days with weather developments or unforseen conditions. I also accelerate projected monthly work schedules and keep them running smoothly.
It is my responsibility to keep daily detailed written records of work completed along with photos & video of events that have occurred, meetings with inspectors or other people in authority, property owners etc.
In the event the scheduled work is interrupted, it is my responsibility to evaluate and troubleshoot the situation to get production resumed.
