  • As co-owner of our construction company, I have many duties for which I was responsible..
  • In-office: I do the bidding of jobs, receivables, payables, and any miscellaneous documents that needed processing.
  • On-job site: I was responsible for the inventory on each project. From the unloading at the start to the installed/completed of the materials to the end where the unused items are returned.
  • I am responsible for proper installation of materials.
  • I coordinate each work day that is a normal day or days with weather developments or unforseen conditions. I also accelerate projected monthly work schedules and keep them running smoothly.
  • It is my responsibility to keep daily detailed written records of work completed along with photos & video of events that have occurred, meetings with inspectors or other people in authority, property owners etc.
  • In the event the scheduled work is interrupted, it is my responsibility to evaluate and troubleshoot the situation to get production resumed.
