It is with great interest I am applying for the position of supervisor for the Family Services Department. My excellent skills in administration and my understanding of the day-to-day processes of our department will be an asset to lead the department. My experience includes over two decades of expertise in family services, legal processes, and client relations which allows me to understand all aspects of the department, including from an outside perspective. I feel I demonstrate exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills; when an issue arises, I immediately look for a resolution. I am also able to easily ensure efficient case handling, keep accurate data records and foster a collaborative work environment. I am committed to providing innovative solutions and maintaining accurate records to support the court’s organizational goals. I am equipped with a multitude of skills and currently assist magistrates and my current supervisor in resolving issues that arise when they need an educated opinion. As an outgoing person with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to learn and grow professionally, I am a strong candidate for this position. Throughout my career here, I have demonstrated my exceptional ability for meeting organizational objectives and needs of the court at any time. I have assisted in several different areas as needed and without hesitance. In addition to all of my skills I bring to the department, I also enjoy my natural abilities and creativity to design different documents, brochures and anything else needed for the court. I am confident that my skills and my ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines under pressure will work well as supervisor for the Family Services Department. I am a highly motivated employee with the desire to take on new challenges. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. I am very interested in the position of working with all employees as the supervisor of the Family Services Department.
