I am very familiar with HOA policies, insurance, assessments, service calls, maintenance calls and work required on different instances, dealing with occupants in a friendly manner to try to create a plan to assess and solve issues. I am familiar with budgets, spreadsheets, getting quotes for work to be done, the handling of ordering service calls and staying on top of what needs to be done in a timely manor.
