  • As a member of the North American Access Management Organization’s Carrier Relations team, I track, manage, and negotiate Interconnection and Traffic Exchange Agreements on behalf of Lumen’s Competitive Local Exchange Carrier entities (“CLECs”); prepare ad-hoc reports relating to active and completed projects for key stakeholders; develop databases and workflow project management tools to capture key data points relating to said agreements as well as derivative CLEC and Trading Partner Profiles in order to increase efficiencies around responding to internal and external customer inquiries; manage rate center expansions to prevent erroneous approvals of market openings that do not meet CPCN and/or Interconnection and Traffic Exchange Agreement requirements ensuring accurate timeline quotes to customers; and partner with product marketing; co-carrier; and 911 teams as well as Regulatory and Legal to ensure accurate communication of contractual needs and requirements in response to market expansion requests
  • Designed and managed internal databases to capture and memorialize pertinent information relating to contract terms and cost linkage for ease of responsiveness to customer inquiries, cost analysis, and dispute resolution.

  • As a member of the Global Access Planning Dark Fiber and Collocation team, I tracked, managed, and negotiated Interconnection and Traffic Exchange agreements on behalf of CenturyLink’s CLEC entity known as CenturyLink Communications, LLC (“CLC”); prepared ad-hoc reports relating to active and completed projects for key stakeholders; processed collocation orders on behalf of CLC; worked closely with internal partners to research and retrieve data in response to inquiries from ILECs to facilitate completion of collocation orders; tracked and communicated the status of collocation orders to internal customers; analyzed effectuated agreements and power and equipment usage at existing collocation sites for potential cost savings opportunities; and generated end to end process documents relating to CLEC contract and ILEC-Collocation project management
  • Part of a team that supported a product initiative spanning from 2011-2017 which grew EBITDA by saving $20 million in seven (7) years by shifting traffic to the CLEC network and off of third party networks
