Conducted screenings and adapted coaching strategies to support individual families. Set goals, outlines plans using motivational interviewing, especially with the parents.

• Developed, monitored, and grew the success of the VUB program from the ground up. Established policies and procedures and created innovative processes throughout the pandemic to secure success and constant progress.
• Developed high-performing teams by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Launched the VUB Program within the Department of Corrections Facilities to serve incarcerated veterans. This provided individual educational plans which incorporated motivational interviewing.

• Provided planning and analysis for a 1.3 million dollar budget over 5 years.
• Achieved the highest standards of success on objectives each grant year, resulting in continuous funding. Objectives met included postsecondary enrollment, retention, increased academic performance, and graduation.

• Responsible for teaching, motivating and encouraging young parents on proven parenting skills, while helping them desire a positive perspective to parenting
• Curriculum focus included over 230 lessons and served parents with children from prenatal up to 16 years old.
