Tonya Poplin Adams

Experienced and accomplished, professional educator licensed in science education, specialization in biology; currently teaching college preparatory level biology, honors level health science, and college preparatory forensic science. Currently co-teaching one course of biology with EC teacher to better support students with additional instruction. Member of the UA School Improvement Team to identify ways to increase students learning, aid teachers in teaching, and creating accreditation materials. Also, High School Character Team member to collaborate on community service projects and field trips for the school, character education for students, surveys, and professional development, such as SEL for teachers.
