Helping Teammates

I conduct training classes as a group but also one on one.  When a teammate is in need of assistance, I am the one who jump in to help. I have been the go to person for projects from my upper management team, ARG dealing with the servicing side, Closing Team concerning existing deals booked on AFS. I create Operational Process Documentation for the team's processes along with continual updates as needed. Specialized Loans Servicing deal with participations and syndication loans.  These type loans create a lot of monitoring due to large commitment/ loan amounts. Our team frequently receive new reports to work in which I take lead on creating the OPD for the new process.  Currently, I assist in leading a nine member team. 

My help goes beyond my own team into other departments such as Commercial Loan Servicing, Asset Base Lending, Closing Teams and Asset Resolution Group.
