  • As GM, I have final responsibility of the Nutrition Services department. I institute company cycle menus and recipes; plan and oversee purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; oversee the food preparation service and sanitation; and am accountable for total operation results. I work closely with my clients to create special events for our patients, residents and guests both on and off campus.

  • My husband and I owned 2 locations of family dining restaurants in Hahira and Adel, GA. Following in my in-law’s footsteps, we opened our flagship location in May of 1996 and went into the business full time in 1997. Our family has 40+ years of restaurant and catering experience covering hundreds of miles in Georgia and North Florida. I was responsible for all of the day to day operations of the business including but not limited to: cooking, cleaning, training, accounting, recruitment, quoting and organizing catered events, procurement and advertising. Our family currently owns and operates a food truck because we love the industry and still have many loyal customers that seek us out wherever we go.
