I worked 1:1 with students who needed extra support with behaviors, academics, or speech. I collaborate with the Teacher, Speech Language Pathologist, Behavior Specialist, and Academic specialist to help make sure we are making the student the most successful that they can be. I also would change diapers, work with students on their AAC devices. On top of that, i would help make sure the room stayed clean and organized, like taking out the trash, washing toys, sweeping, and vacuuming.
