As The House Manager of Phi Delta Theta at Southern Methodist University, I had multiple responsibilities. I was responsible for ensuring our chefs stayed within our food budget, as well as communicating with them on a weekly basis to ensure their voice can be heard throughout the chapter. Communication with our alumni was extremely important, as they had a significant impact on new additions to the house as well as the condition of the house. I was also responsible for communicating with SMU Facilities when utilities around the house either broke or did not work as well. In this role, I cultivated and managed multiple relationships to uphold the Phi Delta Theta House's pristine condition and ensure a comfortable living environment for all fraternity members
