Manager at a Culver-family owned restaurant in Madison, WI. Madison West Culvers is one of few test locations, and one of only two national training restaurants for new franchise owners looking to open a chain of successful restaurants. We work on training our new team members and working alongside individuals completing a paid 16 week course before they can open their own Culvers network by teaching the ins & outs of how to own & operate a restaurant.
