  • Review and interpret daily guides from the production specialist and prepare equipment for maintenance as needed

  • Host weekly meetings with leadership and maintenance disciplines discussing status of jobs and equipment, and any major or critical work in the weeks ahead.
  • Approve SAP notifications and create work orders for all notifications submitted for the CCAG Dept, according to priority.
  • Work with discipline planners, AFC's, and DC's to make sure jobs progress.

  • Member of P.U.L.S.E. Steering Committee (People Using Learned Safety Everyday) an Observation Program which promoted everyone to submit job task observations. In this program I was the assistant to the Director, I helped manage all anonymous observations received and followed up on those of major concern. Through this program we were able to get equipment issues addressed, and where or what we needed to put emphasis on regarding safe work practices.

  • Performed tank to tank line ups and tank to barge transfers, conduct pipeline transfers, monitor tank levels and switch tank rundowns manually and by using the control panel
  • Sample all product and crude tanks, pull a 1 qt sample from every crude tank every night
