  • Joined Ellie Mae, Inc in 2013 through an acquisition and grew the Sales Operations Team over 4 years to include Sales and Renewals. Learned Salesforce architecture so I could influence the development of more efficient business processes, data integrity and reporting. In 2016, I was the Business lead for successful Salesforce CPQ install, resulting in our CIO recruiting me to the IT organization. Managed 5 acquisition projects to integrate new products and support requirements into the Salesforce org. Led Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data migration tracks for a $32m Salesforce redesign project.
  • Project Lead on 3 (of 7) tracks, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (partner portal) and Data Migration for a large scale, 3 yr SF reimplementation project. Collaborated with Sales, Service, Data and Fulfillment to design and vet new object relationships, enhancement requests and process changes. Provided executive updates related to material SF changes to support new designs or that would impact budget or timeline.
  • Drafted the data migration plan for each Object. Worked closely with Legal and SI partner to validate requirements and field mapping (including content documents, visibility and privacy), testing, final migration and report quality resulting in a successful data migration.
  • Created comprehensive Confluence pages with BRD, TDD, decision history, tools selected and why. Detailed outline of controllers, aura components, apex classes and Flows that governed each process. Ensured that our SI partner provided the same level of documentation for their work so we had cohesive master plans. (Confluence, MS Visio, MS Word)
  • Managed the work of 4 off-shore developers, using Agile method, as we redesigned the Partner Portal/Experience Cloud experience. Included authentication, sharing settings/reporting, form submission, approval processes, and lead creation.
