As the Senior member of the Midwifery Care Team and the Pelvic Floor Team I am responsible for all aspects of patient care. This includes Prenatal Care, Well

Woman care, and care for the women with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. I am responsible for the ordering and utilization of Pelvic Floor modalities such as Urodynamics and Urostym. In addition to my role in direct patient care I am an integral part of the training team for new Midwives as they join the practice and learn to embody the mission of the organization. Additionally, I have been responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of medically relevant and patient desired programs, such as our Childbirth Education series and our Medical Weight Loss program. As an additive to the practice I have developed, implemented and maintained our HCG Medical Weight Loss Program. Lastly, on an ongoing and basis I create and maintain the call schedule for the entire practice to meet the needs of the practice and all providers involved.

In addition to my patient care duties, I also served as the Clinic Manager of the Apple Valley location. I was responsible for the administrative functioning and management of the clinic and staff. I participated in management meeting and growth, development and staff training initiatives.
