- Oversee the move-in process in accordance with established company guidelines.
- Primary contact for prospective families taking occupancy as well as vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in a premier and reputable company.
- Respond in a timely and effective manner to inquiries via phone, e-mail, or in-person.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective residents and their families to provide a comprehensive overview and address any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule contract signings.
- Review and ensure the collection of all required documents and financial transactions are accurate.
- Prepare and organize documents in administrative files in compliance with the Business Office regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure apartment readiness by effectively communicating any required repairs or adjustments.
- Manage department inventory, ensuring timely procurement and stock management.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials in alignment with company initiatives.
- Enter and update data in CRM database as required.
- Generate & track reports to provide updates on potential move-ins and move outs and communicate information to head of department.
- Perform cold calls and lead generations to build and maintain client relationships.
- Serve as the communication liaison between colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
