Hematology

• Run CBCD, Reticulocyte, Body Fluid on Sysmex XN 2000
• Run ESR on EXCYTE mini
• Run PT, PTT, D-Dimer, Fibrinogen, heparin on TOP ACL
• Maintenance and QC on all instrument daily
• Slide prep and Perform Manual differential on blood, body fluid, and blood parasite

Chemistry

• Maintenance, calibration, and QC daily on Roche Cobas 6000
• Blood gas specimens on ABL 90 Flex Plus
• QC and perform test on Osmo1
• Run and report STAT and Routine Sample
• Troubleshoot and evaluate abnormal results

Blood Blank

• Receive and processing specimens
• Type and screen on Echo and Maintenance
• Antibody work up, identification on echo and tube
• Thaw FFP, Order and issue blood components, cryoprecipitate, Rhogam.
• Process and trouble shoot transfusion reaction

Microbiology

• Perform PCR testing on Cepheid
• Planting and process CFS, body fluid, blood culture, stool

Urinalysis

• Perform urinalysis on Simens Nonus and Sysmex UF 1000 and Microscopic
• Perform immunoassay test HCG, Rapid strep, legionella

• Receive and processing specimens
• Run specimens and QC on Sysmex, Piccolo analyzers daily
• Run Covid-19, Influenza A and B, Strep A on Abbott ID Now and Cepheid
• Perform Urinalysis, HGC on Siemens Clinitek analyzer and Microscopic
• Perform POC Troponin, PT/INR and D-Dimer on Triage
• Run Quality Control on all instruments, review and report all result accurately
