Upon beginning my career with LBC Manufacturing, I started out manufacturing and assembly of raw materials in to completed products for resale. This job duty required attention to detail and quality control of products being manufactured, packaged and logistics.
My current position with the company entails electronic communications set up for trade shows, customer service videography, and personalized engraving and signature marking.
I am also learning engineering programs such as CAD programs which will enable me to design, engineer and print molded cast products which will be used in future injection, roto molding and 3D printing around the world.
My name is Trace Braden. I am a high school senior, graduation in May of 2024. I have been focused on my future outside of high school for several years now. While I am a very outgoing person, I am very attentive to what my goals are in the future. I want to be the leading engineer designing products for people that can ultimately make their lives more productive and profitable. I expect nothing less than being the best at what I do! I expect everyone that I work for to have the same values as myself when it come to work performance which include, time management, product creditability, great customer communications, and above all always know that a job can be done better and strive for that.
A motto that I have been taught: You are only one bad choice from someone taking your job! Do it right or don't do it at all!
