Accomplishments
I stayed on top of the HVAC equipment to have a consistent temperature. Which keep the staff and patients comfortable and the company satisfied.
During a major winter storm one of my buildings suffered extreme flooding and other damage. I was in charge of contacting all professional tradesmen to restore the damaged suites. The building was back in business in five days to the owners amazement.
Installed eighty eight led light fixtures in the hallways of one of my buildings, and twenty four in another.
I set up and installed electronic directories for all three buildings. I also set up my laptop to make changes to the personnel listed on the directories.
Repaired power sliding doors to allow staff and patients to enter the building.
