Managerial Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
· Responsible for internal controls and appropriate member information security.
Ensure that policies and procedures are in place and conform to current rules and regulations.
Operational Responsibilities :
· Reviews and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of employees.
Member Relations Responsibilities:
· Focus on quality when performing all duties and responsibilities by demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness, and displaying a commitment to excellence.
· Build trust with members by listening, knowing our products and services and by providing consistent, accurate and professional service to our members.
· Be courteous to our members by being attentive, friendly, sincere, and helpful.
