NETL Joule 3.0 Supercomputer Transition: Directed the orchestration and trnsition of the National Energy Technology Labratory;s flagship high-performance computing (HPC) system from Joule 2.0 to the state-of-the-art Joule 3.0. Under a $21.66 million technology refresh the project successfully boosted NETL's raw computational performance to 6.11 PFLOPS for CPU compute and 4,82 PFOPS for GPU, representing 40% increase in active computing capacity. By transitioning Joule 3.0 into a highly sustainable, energy efficient modular data center (MDC) with power utilization effectiveness (PUE) rating between 1.04 and 1.103 the system guarantees the national laboratory researchers and industry partners can execute multi-scale simulations in subsurface carbon storage, clean energy materials and quantum chemistry and unprecedented speeds.
ServiceNow Strategic Roadmap and Platform Maturity: Let the strategic planning, architectural design, and phased execution of the enterprise ServiceNow Roadmap and Maturity project. This initiative systematically transitioned the organization from fracture reactive ticketing system to an optimized, single-platform enterprise management (ESM)hub. I established a multi-year capability roadmap, implementing robust platform governance, and aligning ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITOM, APM and SecOps with critical business outcomes. This project advanced platform maturity from a baseline defined state to a highly automated optimized tier, The transformation broke down operational silos, modernized employee experience, and un-locked data driven insights through unified platform reporting and analytics.
EDX on-premises to Cloud (GCP, AWS) digital transformation, transitioned to a modern, hybrid multi-cloud architecture.
