  • My duties are to maintain all front desk duties including answering and responding to incoming calls and text messages, correcting scheduling conflicts, payment issues etc. I am the first to greet new and existing patients, providing them with any documentations or intake paperwork necessary for their visit. I work closely with patients teaching them various therapies and exercises required throughout their care plan. I work closely and provide visitors with any required medical exams, range of motion test, x-rays needed and more.
