• Mission and strategic plan centered academic and out of classroom support for student success and retention through to graduation and beyond
• Success providing a holistic approach to support a cohort of 180 students annually which includes Honors Academy, S.T.E.M., First Year Experience, TRIO- first generation, Cheyney Academic Retention Enrichment and Support-C.A.R.E.S program and students at risk with soft academic advising, assistance Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal, support disability accommodation, with 1:1 coaching, experiential learning and group engagement activities
• Implement strategic use data and analytics to develop relevant student programming including management of Healthier Campus Initiative and Restorative Practices
• Develop monthly summary reports on learning outcomes assessment by using quarterly Title III reports
• Participate in institutional research data for Middle States self- survey
• Utilize social media and conferences
• Work Collaboratively with faculty, Academic Success Center, counselor, financial aid, registration, enrollment management, athletics, public safety, Title IX, Residence Life and Housing and university community partners on students’ success and workforce development
• Participate in university events and programs such as registration process, new student orientation, Discovery week and freshman convocation
• Serve as a member of the Student Success Team which insures a goal-oriented approach to student success and retention, Behavioral Health Team, Cheyney University STEM (Hub) committee, NIH PEI government grant committee.

• Provided university-wide counseling services for students with mental health and social emotional distress
• Performed appropriate referrals to psychiatrist and Delaware Valley Crisis Response team.

• Provide program consultation, design, implementation, and evaluation of wellness education for college students, non-profit, corporate and governmental agencies
• Administer professional development interactive workshops on wellness in the workplace, diversity, equity inclusion and belonging, and work-life balance.
• Serve as a thought leader and presenter at national wellness conferences on topics related to mental health, trauma understood practices, therapeutic recreation, and personal empowerment
• Develop health, wellness and program specific curriculum and grant proposals for nonprofits agencies
• Facilitate interactive group discussions for employee professional development, college students, LGBTQ individuals, and recovery and re-entry individuals in order to develop social and emotional well being.

Provide interactive workshops in Wellness Education, Therapeutic Recreation and Restorative Practices for participants residing in community recovery houses.
