Led initiatives to expand and sustain programming related to housing, healthcare, education, and life skills development for refugees. Assisted family-owned healthcare business in long-term care sector by supporting initiatives. Conducted on-site campus tours to attract prospective residents. Managed admissions process and facilitated communication between ownership and community residents to improve resident experience while creating marketing plans for community outreach.
