Tracie Gage is a dedicated professional with a robust background in quality management and strategic leadership. Currently at Spirit AeroSystems working in Global Supplier Quality, she specializes in risk mitigation for suppliers. With over a decade of experience, Tracie has held various quality roles, including project management, manufacturing engineering, and is passionate about implementing effective processes in complex environments.
In addition to her role at Spirit AeroSystems, Tracie is an adjunct instructor at a community college, where she shares her knowledge and inspires young minds. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Quality Management and Strategic Leadership, and a Master of Science in Leadership from Southwestern College. Tracie actively contributes to the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG), which serves as industry wide guidance for aerospace. She is co-chair for the guidance material rewrite in project management alignment with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and a team member for the Phase One APQP guidance rewrite. She also serves as the communications liaison for the Women Inclusion Network, creating empowering newsletters for women in her organization.
