I am very effective at working with clients, families and outside agencies on an ongoing basis and help clients achieve their goals to help them grow. I am a compassionate therapist who actively listens and builds trust to help clients resolve personal issues and achieve life goals. I act as a sympathetic guide and advocate to help clients navigate complex and stressful situations. I have gained a lot of knowledge throughout the years working for Johnson County Mental Health and The Center for Counseling and continue to grow and gain knowledge. My current job title is a crisis coordinator with the Center for Counseling and Consultation. Graduated from the University of Kansas with a Master's Degree in Social Work in August 2017 and received LMSW license in January 2018. I have completed my supervision plan and plans to sit for my LSCSW test. I feel that I would be a good candidate for the clinical director position due to my work experience, my dedication and hard work to those we serve and to our employees. Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
