  • I inspect all returned parts for damage before restocking the parts and also ensure that all customers and Dealers received the restock fee, if applicable.
  • Monitored the Health Dashboard to check for discrepancies and to ensure that backorders were filled for the Parts and Service Department
  • Performed year end API, which consists of Sub-location inventories, as well as Serialized inventory. In the 6 years that I have ran the Parts Department in Duluth, we only had to count our physical inventory 1 time.
  • Monitor and controlled the Mining Support stock levels.
  • Monitored stock levels regularly to avoid backorders or shortages.
  • Investigate discrepancies between physical inventories and records.
  • Implement improvements to streamline the ordering process at the Branch level.
  • Assist in developing a system for tracking special orders ti the Branch and also direct ships.
  • Organize and monitor inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Review purchase requisitions to verify accuracy of requested items.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to part availability or quality issues.

  • Maintain and process orders for BNSF. Import there invoices into Oriss to make sure Cummins gets paid.
  • Vendors-input all the pertinent information into the system for new fast moving parts.
  • Maintain active bin locations.
  • Process all Rga's that are processed at the Branch level and ensure they get processed and shipped out in a timely manner and send all paperwork to the appropriate associates.
  • Perform Dirty core counts as well and process the Rids at the Branch to ensure our dirty core inventory stays within the range expected of us.
  • Process warranty parts for the Service Department, which consists of the core Rid and shipping the warranty parts out in a timely manner.
  • I have established a professional relationship with the Mining customers in our area, which consists of being on call 24/7 to ensure they are taken care of in a timely manner.
  • Month end on Teams is also my responsibility to maintain and ensure all adjustments and changes are documented properly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

Affiliations

I love spending my time making sure that all animals in need are receiving the care that they need to live a fulfilling life. I have traveled to Texas to volunteer at the high kill shelters that we pull had case dogs from to give back my time to the community. I have a 5 year old French bulldog and a 15 year old daughter Griffyn, whom is also involved with the Rescue. Griffyn competitive dances, so that also takes up some of my time, which I also enjoy being a part of.
