Additional Information

I have worked at Wakemed for over 10 years in the Critical Care float pool. This experience has allowed me to be flexible, adaptable, and able to take on new challenges each day in a fast paced environment. I have had experience in multiple different ICU's, ER, observation, IR, and PACU. Most recently I have cross trained in the eICU, where I am systematically and continuously collecting and assessing data in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and within the eICU to assist in supporting the care of patients and/or families. Being in the eICU has given me the experience and ability to be able to confidently monitor patients remotely, and be able to collaborate with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible patient care.
