  • Serves as a strategic advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to two Major Commands, a Numbered Command, and Warfare Center staffs on issues related to Force Support Readiness.
  • Primarily, the focus is on the OT&E development of Air Combat Command's A1 Force Support Airmen's Air Force Force Generation equities in readiness planning, policies, AGILE FLAG exercise design, homestation training, Mission Essential Task Development, and task certification.
  • As the Senior Enlisted Leader of the deployed unit, my direction was instrumental in developing academics and instructing remotely, an Air Force Mortuary course for Air Task Force leadership, and an Air Force Central Command A-Staff/PERSCO/A1 orientation 101-level course.
  • Oversees monthly tracking of individual training, squadron training, and equipment deficiencies on the classified system for 12 units. Briefs the ACC/A1 commander on the findings, results, and status of the units.

  • Advised the 4-Star General on all matters influencing the professional development, training, combat readiness, utilization, morale, and mission effectiveness of all enlisted personnel. Oversaw the manning and utilization of all first sergeants assigned to the command, as well as the approval authority for applications and deployment taskings.
  • Developed the first-ever First Sergeant Wellness beta course, focused on preventative mental and physical well-being; the work was integral to an Air Force-wide launch, changing the entire career life cycle for 1,400 members. Served as command training manager, coordinated with leadership and outside organizations to schedule, and then tracked members' progress with follow-up surveys.
  • Realizing the manning shortage, I synced with the First Sergeant Academy to hire two adjunct instructors from Global Strike ranks to instruct during peak training times, broadening the development of new personnel and facilitating the development of class materials.
