Responsible for observing 8 patients, and documenting their movements and forwarding this information to the appropriate staff on a daily basis as needed. Provided patient safety by making patient rounds every 15 minutes.

Nursing Assistant(09/2002 - 12/2205): Provided exceptional nursing assistance within a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility with 68 beds. Efficiently managed the daily work load of various patient care including, bathing, feeding, making beds, and transporting patient under the direct supervision and direction of a registered nursing.
