• Responsible for Sales, Product Development, and closely worked with the internal team to complete all inquiries in a timely manner on sample developments, pricing, and layout submissions/approvals.
• Forecasted the budget for each season/year and finalized the business targets for the year with the manager. I closely followed up with vendors on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure achieving planned targets and prepared monthly reports on target versus actual sales to monitor performance.
• Maintained close communication to develop strong relationships with all customers and also visited them regularly to gather feedback on our service, performance, and price targets, aiming to increase business.
• Visited vendor factories in Vietnam alongside the quality team to swiftly address and resolve issues, ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high standards.
