Have done various PRN COTA positions with skilled nursing facilities including Genesis Rehab and the Brian Center. At Genesis Rehab I was considered a traveler with the company and I started the rehab building at Heritage Green Assisted Living and Dementia Unit as acting manager creating a caseload; calling families and getting referrals and performing screens. Performed insurance verifications. Started a falls program with the dementia patients.
