I have over four years of manufacturing experience in machine operation and assembly, including positions with DENSO and JTEKT.

At DENSO, I operated a production line consisting of six machines used in the manufacturing of spark plugs. My responsibilities included:

• Performing daily machine inspections and startup checks.
• Running master parts through each machine to verify proper calibration and operation.
• Maintaining accurate production and quality control logs.
• Inspecting parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshooting machine faults and clearing errors to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Performing light maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment using 5S principles.
• Following OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting production goals while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

This experience has strengthened my skills in machine operations, quality control, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, documentation, and workplace safety.
