  • Work with suppliers, vendors, boat manufactures and other representative's for part sourcing and purchasing.
  • Create and prepare purchase orders using the Piervantage marine program from start to finish ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion of received parts from suppliers.
  • Manage the process from requisition to parts receiving, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate invoicing for all in house parts orders.
  • Check in items received against items ordered by verifying receipts.
  • Maintain inventory levels of stock items in store both retail and parts and replenish stock as needed.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails directed to parts department and service over the counter walk in customers.
  • Prepare and ship ordered parts to customers.
  • Compete and document cycle counts of inventory throughout the year.
