• I dispatched drivers and roadside techs by using fullbay on the computer. Handled multiple calls incoming and outgoing to customers and rotation emergency calls. Also worked estimates and did billing and collected at the completion of our services.

• Operate a rollback and wrecker running state, county, and city rotation calls and also customer calls

Operated a 3 car rollback hauling vehicles from all over eastern nc for insurance companies. Taking these vehicles back to copart in dunn nc and to IAA in clayton nc.

Started out operating a little wrecker running AAA calls and then got moved to a medium duty wrecker hauling anything from small cars to 24 ft box trucks and road tractors for many of our customers

With Coastal Wrecker i learned everything i know about wreckers and rollbacks small and large. while with this company i was taught by some of the best operators in the country. We were all family and friends.
