I acted as the primary liaison between multi-million dollar clients, both corporate and government. Led staff of 15 travel agents and acted as a mentor, trainer, and internal resource. I ensured all deliverables were provided on time, or ahead of schedule. I maintained vendor relationships including, but not limited to: airline, hotel, car rental and meeting services. I oversaw internal quality control, ensuring successful audits, both internally and externally. Additionally, I developed and maintained the internal relationship with the client's C-suite.
