• Facilitate professional development workshops for teachers focusing on literacy-related topics.
• Collaborate with teachers to identify areas of improvement in literacy instruction.
• Assist school administrators in developing effective strategies for improving literacy rates.
• Create reading assessments for teachers to be able to quickly and efficiently determine strengths, needs, next steps, appropriate strategies, lessons and visual supports for individual students.
