  • Elections Official: assisted the County in conducting municipal elections; worked closely with the Attorney's office on properly noticing the Argument/Rebuttal notices for measures and initiatives, prepared Election Handbook for City Council candidates, assisted candidates with required election forms, placed all required notices in the local paper, ensured all candidate statements, measures and/or initiatives were to the County by the required dates, assisted the County in locating Voting Centers within the city, assisted residents with ballot and voter registration questions, certified the election and administered the Oath of Office to newly elected officials
  • Implemented new agenda management system, facilitated staff training and continuous system updates. Partnered on Iron Mountain files overhaul
  • Supervised processing of contracts, agreements, claims, and public records requests. Maintained Netfile system and oversaw FPPC Form 700 compliance
  • Lead a team of three, including Assistant City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk and Records Technician. Worked closely with Attorney's office on election notices and procedures
