  • Supervise Transportation (TY&E) employees and plan daily train and switching operations consistent with safety and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with BNSF's equal employment policies, safety and operating rules, schedule agreements, and government regulations

  • Facilitate multiple safety briefings throughout the shift with crews, dispatchers, maintenance employees and other BNSF Team Members
