I was responsible for the designs of both inter & intra office circuits for a variety of circuit types (SONET, Ethernet, Wave, DWDM, Offnet) which are customer or network driven. Assigns network components required to provision circuits and inventories these assignments in Metasolv Inventory Database.

• Creates CLR/DLR’s for circuit orders
• Works with field techs as needed for circuit installations and facility assignments.
• Troubleshooting hand-off/CFA issues at CO's, Datacenters, Customer Prems, and POP's
• Updates MSS records to reflect changes as needed.
• Contacts necessary Engineering Team when facilities are nearing exhaustion
• Provides circuit engineering support to internal customers (ie Sales, Marketing, Operations, Project Coordination, etc.

• Monitor daily operations and support Branch Manager in necessary duties.
• Developed strategy to achieve target sales goals.
• Built strong rapport with new and existing clients to better serve financial needs and promote branch loyalty.
• Assist in the hiring process and supervise employees who meet all critical requirements and qualifications for each position.

• Serviced walk-in customers who needed parts or service for Mack trucks, Volvo trucks, Isuzu, and East Trailers.
• Troubleshoot and determine what the customer needs and to ensure they are well taken care of.
• Restocked, rotated and visually merchandised products for maximum sales.
• Welcomed customers and offered immediate assistance in line with business policies.
