I am a member of the compassion and commitment board that oversees the quality and scores from patient complaints and surveys in the ER at McAlester Regional Hospital. Our team is composed of two administration members, Director and management of admission staff, two admission staff members, four administrative nurses and director of nursing employees with four Registered nurse employees and the Emergency Room Doctors. Our mission is to find the problems within the ER to correct and educate employees to improve our patient’s satisfaction and scores. We meet once a week for two hours to discuss our problem areas and how to successfully correct these issues. I am very proud to have been chosen to be a part of this board team.
