As the founder of BreedloveMedia, I have been stretched and pushed (in great ways of course) in a multitude of areas in order to best service each of our various clients who have come from different industries. When running a growth agency, especially one that is boutique, our approach for each client is completely bespoke and going deep on each strategic plan has allowed me to gain a wide-range of knowledge on how to scale companies in a way where money drops to the bottom line, rather than totally eaten away at by costs.
I studied Economics in college, but a lot of what I know about business has come from hitting the pavement directly and getting my hands dirty with repeated trial and error. A lot of what I have seen is that companies usually have similar constraints that are preventing them from moving forward (and these are not always physical, but could also be mental like a lack of knowledge or limiting beliefs about if something will really work or not), it's just that the implementation in order to fix roadblocks is unique per the client. This insight is what allowed us to create a system based on patterns that we saw when striving to generate the best possible results for clients. From this, we became very streamlined and efficient, enabling us to focus on what mattered most - excellent customer service, client satisfaction, and client experience above all else. Excellent results are not always what retains a customer, a strong relationship must be in place, as well.
We started off as an advertising agency, but very quickly saw that our clients did not just need more eyeballs or more front-end traffic, what they really needed was increased conversion, increased AOV, and increased retention, so we made the switch and built our new offering from the ground up. Scaling both our business, while scaling all of our clients businesses has definitely proven to be extremely challenging, but also very rewarding in both the relationships formed and expertise gained.
BreedloveMedia serves as a powerful online media and growth/advertising agency that helps clients expand in multiple verticals and on many different social media platforms. We work on front-end, mid-funnel, and backend strategies in order to attain one goal: profitable scale/increased free cash flow (the Holy Grail of all business). Everything else is simply just noise to us.
Many businesses today unfortunately still operate under old paradigms used for growth that are no longer effective and even if they do have some new age scale initiatives in place, there are usually large (or small and not as obvious in some scenarios) holes in their process. This then leads to missed revenue opportunities that could have easily been avoided (ex. low/slow performing sales team, online ads that are run at scale, but are not profitable on the first order (causing huge upfront losses), uninspired backend retention strategies, lack of client-focused/client-first attitude, etc).
Our team is extremely good at identifying each bottleneck/constraint/leaky hole in a business and removing it, then scaling up until the next constraint and then repeating the same process. Each client acquisition channel has numbers that tell a story, so we reverse engineer those channels and find the blockage, leading to the profitable growth mentioned above.
