Administrative/Accounting Assistant: I perform routine end-of-day closing tasks and prepare sales and auditing reports as needed. I process member payments and account payables, prepare month-end statements, and do bookkeeping for inventory, tax, and auditing purposes. I also assist the General Manager and Accounting Manager in their absence to address administrative issues or accounting inquiries from club members. As a liaison with club members, I facilitate club involvement and usage of membership, respond to members' account inquiries, and assist them with all aspects of their club's use and privileges, responding to issues raised by members in person, by telephone, email, or letters; event promoting and assisting members with signing up for events, social activities, other club functions, and activities; providing information through different modes of communication including in person, by email, and social media.
As the Owner and Manager of the restaurant, I was responsible for employing 7 full-time workers and some part-time staff, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant that served lunch and dinner, with a seating capacity of 90. Production duties include managing food and service quality, quantity, and timeliness; maintaining inventory to ensure smooth production while minimizing spoilage and waste; and ensuring the maintenance of equipment and furniture.
