I also assist the General Manager and Accounting Manager in their absence to address administrative issues or accounting inquiries from club members. As a liaison with club members, I facilitate club involvement and usage of membership, respond to members' account inquiries, and assist them with all aspects of their club's use and privileges, responding to issues raised by members in person, by telephone, email, or letters; event promoting and assisting members with signing up for events, social activities, other club functions, and activities; providing information through different modes of communication including in person, by email, and social media.
