I assist clients with their daily living needs, while ensuring the facility remains clean and well-maintained. My responsibilities include preparing and serving meals in accordance with food safety guidelines, transporting clients to and from appointments, and supporting general program activities. Additionally, I perform routine janitorial tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing key areas of the facility, including bathrooms, kitchens, and dorm rooms, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. I also utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to manage schedules, track client appointments, and maintain records, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and efficient communication.

I take ownership of ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of customer orders, while consistently providing respectful and knowledgeable service. I am responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the front and back of the house, ensuring all areas are fully stocked and prepared for smooth operations. In addition to managing these responsibilities, I lead by example, guiding and motivating the team to maintain high standards of performance and customer service. I collaborate closely with team members, offering support and training as needed, while resolving challenges to ensure a seamless workflow and an exceptional customer experience.
