Provide training and instructions for internal and external parties. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients. Assist with special projects, assist counsel and or management. Address all title issues with the intent to protect the company/client interest. Coordinate insurance/settlement related matters. Review title policies, loan documents, title issues, title claims; denials and indemnity. Systems used: MSP, Black Knight LoanSphere, Fortracs, UCSe, Lenstar, NIS and Outlook email. Not limited to Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft and PowerPoint.
