• Trans 4 Seasons was my father’s business that I grew up working for during summer vacation from school. I began working around age 13 until 18, learning how to mow, weed, trim hedges, and remove trees. I am also familiar with working with gravel and bark.

• I began with this company as their detailer and quickly was promoted to Production Manager due to organization and my work ethic. As production manager I was responsible for getting vehicles through the shop’s repair process as efficiently as possible as well as perform quality control checks through each phase of repair. The shop would have anywhere around 100 vehicles on site at a time and 10 technicians who I oversaw and kept busy with vehicles to work on.

My duties included opening and closing of the business, parking lot management, keeping the property tidy, informing customers on how to safely operate watercrafts, and docking of watercrafts. I was also responsible for checking oils in watercrafts nightly.

• Starting as a detailer in training, I quickly became a Detail Tech and then Master Detailer, I was responsible for interior and exterior detailing on new and used vehicles. This included vacuuming, polishing, washing, stain removal, mold removal and more as they applied to each individual vehicle. As one of the top performers in our shop, I also received two nominations for employee of the month.
